Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
Knowing God is the best thing that ever occur to your life? Being in His Presence is the most desirable thing that you wanna do? Reaching His heart gives you the satisfaction that no other thing can ever replace?
Your deepest desire, you know it and He knows as well.
I am excited to be in the worship team with you all. Beyond fellowshipping and horning our skills as the lead-worshipers, we have a greater journey to embark: To be men and women after His own heart, to minister to His heart as a response to the great love that He lavishes upon us. All in all, to know Him more and more, and to seek Him in praise and worship.
It is my pleasure to invite you to our Worship Retreat: Friday 4th July to Saturday 5th July (6 pm to 6 pm). Venue: Nav HQ. We will have time to seek God together, worship Him, praying together, learning the skills needed together and definitely have fun together. ( I am already feel sad for the one that is going to miss it).
The program of what is going to happen will be released at the later date. So stay tuned!
Nevertheless, to prepare ourselves for the Worship Retreat, there is a great material that we are going to take part in. Ronglong recommended a very good workbook “Exploring the mysteries of Worship” written by Lamar Boschman. It is actually a study guide for 12 weeks of exploring about worship.
I have bought copies for all of you, so I will pass it to you at the next time we meet (the girls at Checkmates and the guys at Philippines meeting). The book is at $8.80 each (great discount from the original price of $14.80). So please pass me the money when you have the book.
We will not spend 12 weeks on it of course, but there will be selected topics to be focused on. The aims of this are:To search our heart and our understanding of what it means to worship God, how we have invested in our relationship with Him and what is the greater level that we can be in love with Him. Mr. Ronglong also suggested that we have a group blog where each of us can post up our thoughts and share our experience with one another, response to one another with our comment and encouragement. That is a good idea to me, because it means no bombing of emails in mailbox and definitely it look prettier than writing email. All we ask from you now is serious commitment to ponder, to blog and to spur one another on.

Please pray that each of us will have quality and un-compromised time with Him. Seriously, it is all about Him. (Please pray that He will kick me out of bed each morning and hush me to leave my room early. I need it!!!)

Time flies. So dont waste it (I know you are saying “Look who is talking”. Hey but I do wanna change and I will start taking effort to do it.) To those who are “more free” than others, please soak yourself in His presence. In whatever way that we can, let taste and see that the Lord is good…in His embrace.
